Bike Ride with Mayor Rusty Bailey
The next time your boss complains about something in Riverside (such as a pothole), tell him or her that you’ll mention it to the mayor the next time you bike with him. The look on your boss’s face will be pretty enjoyable—and you won’t even be lying! If you’re a resident of Riverside, CA, you can enjoy a leisurely bike ride through Riverside with Mayor Rusty Bailey every other month.
That’s right, every other month (always on a Saturday morning) you can get out, get fit, explore Riverside, and meet the mayor—all before most people have even gotten out of bed. Even better? It’s free.
The next Bike with the Mayor event is Saturday, May 4th at 9:00 a.m. The Riverside Bicycle Advisory Committee will lead participants on an adventure through Riverside. The ride is expected to last between 1 and 2 hours.
If you aren’t in the best shape, don’t worry; the ride is not intended to be a high intensity race, and there will be several stops along the way to get to know one another and see some places of interest in beautiful Riverside.
